Carrie, as she liked to be known was huge in her faith, and her church community. She loves spending time with her children and grandkids. Her favorite memory was the Disney trip she took them all on. She always talked about all her girlfriends and the special bond she had with each and every one of them. She loved to travel and also loved being in nature. She lived life to the fullest until the end. She was a fighter and never gave up.

Carol Elaine Pomey age, 65, passed away peacefully on Sunday September 15, 2024 at Our Lady of Peace Hospice Care. She was born on February 7th, 1959 in Geneva, WI, to Irwin Frank Pomey and Darlene Hazel Reimer. She is survived by her son Nathan (Pat) Heikkinen, daughter Heather Heikkinen, grandkids Chase, Milo, Eleanor, siblings Ivan, David, Liz, June, Roberta, Paula, sister friend Kim, and all her many friends. At her request she is being cremated and requested to have a private intimate service for her immediate family only. As a remembrance, please continue to keep the kindness as she would say!
