A Loving Mother, Sister, Grandmother and Friend

Carol passed away on 6/26/2023 at her home in Coon Rapids Mn. After a long battle with Kidney Cancer.

Carol is proceeded in death by her parents Alivn and Alice Hoffman, Brother Roger, Husband Bob Champagne, Son Gary

Carol is survived by children, Angela Boettcher (Brad), Thomas Yates (Jessica), Charles Underdahl (Laura), Jodi Champagne & grandchildren, sisters, brother and many friends and family.

Carol enjoyed reading, crocheting Afghan blankets, puzzles, garage sales, house plants, flowers, cats, trips to the casino, time with loved ones ,especially her grandchildren and of course snacks.

We will be having a celebration of life on July 30th. All are welcome to come share your memories. Always Loved, Forever Missed and Never Forgotten.
