Bryant John Comfort, 34, of Solway, MN died Monday, November 11, 2024.

Bryant was born September 24, 1990 in La Crosse, Wisconsin, the son of Gary and Barb (Opsata) Comfort. When he was young his family moved to New Prague. He was raised and educated; graduating from New Prague High School in 2009. While attending high school he worked part time on a dairy farm. He was very active in sports during high school. He moved to Bemidji to attend Bemidji State University. He graduated with a criminal justice degree. In 2011 he met the love his life, Megan Larson. They were united in marriage September 6, 2014 in Turtle River, MN. They started working with Torg’s Labs after they got married, which is when his interest in training dogs for hunting began. He worked numerous jobs to support his family. He worked and managed Blue Ox Moving Company for the last 5 years.

Megan and Bryant welcomed Jane February 21, 2017 to their delight. They loved the outdoors and spending time together. Bryant was charming, kind, and a wonderful caretaker. He was an amazing husband, father, son, brother and friend.

He is survived by his wife Megan Comfort, daughter Jane Comfort, parents, Gary and Barb Comfort, brother Mitch (Sally) Comfort, father in law, Paul Larson, mother in law, Kim Larson, sister in law, Calli (Anthony) Ferdig and niece Emery Ferdig.
