A loving Husband and Father

Bruce Fawkner age 86 of St. Paul Minnesota passed away peacefully on December 17th 2021 while under the loving care of the Veterans hospital of Minneapolis.

About Bruce

Bruce is survived by his wife June of 63 years, his children Donny Fawkner and JoJo Andrews.

Bruce dedicated his life to Jehovah in August of 1965 as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Many of those years he served as a full time servant.

The friends said he was like Google maps before there ever was Google maps. He knew every street in the territory for witnessing to people. The brothers and sisters would say he was good to bring along on return visits because he could remember where most of the scriptures were.

He also enjoyed sharing in the Kingdom Hall building work where he assisted in the kitchen keeping the brothers and sisters well fed. During his time volunteering, he cherished all the life long friendships he cultivated.

Bruce was a very good family man. He took very good care of his wife and children.

Bruce loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting when he was younger. His passions outside the ministry were feeding and watching the birds, indoor fish aquariums, and a outdoor fish pond. He was a woodworker who enjoyed making furniture and decorative art pieces out of wood. As most of you who knew Bruce, you know he LOVED his woodpiles. He loved stoking his wood stove and keeping the house warm for his wife June.

We are all looking forward to the fulfillment of one of his favorite scriptures at Revelation 21:4, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."

He will be missed by many!!
