life story

A Loving Father, Husband, Brother, Architect, Physicist

Bill passed away quietly at home on November 13, 2021 after a 5 year Battle with cancer. He is survived by wife ( of 31 Years) Janice, Daughters Dana & Brigit, Sister Laura, Brothers John (Liz), & Harry, Brother-in-Laws Garry (Linda), Glen (Linda),Sister-in-Laws Catherine(Nis), Cynthia , 6 nieces & 3 nephews. Bill is predeceased by Sister Linda, Mother Joyce, and Father Harry.

Bill loved his Family and Architecture, & Physics and loved nothing better than to cook and explore Food & Physics. Bill was a Foodie and a Scientist who spent his life designing Beautiful Buildings, and His Wavicle Theory. He loved a tipple or two of Scotch and was a Brilliant Historian. His love of his life was Harriet, our Dog, A bichon. Just what he needed was another Bitch to add to the Tribe( We already have 3 Females in the House). That Dog Adored Bill and they were the Best of Friends. Bill Loved Fishing and Boating and Loved His Bayliner. Bill volunteered at Hyde Creek Salmon Hatchery for many years and even got into his Hip Waders a few times. Bill Loved the whole thing. Bill & Harriet were a comical couple. Harriet would jump off the back of the boat and Bill would have to jump in to fetch her because the currents was too strong for her little body. Bill would play Fetch the Ball with Harriet. Harriet would run with the ball and Bill would have to go fetch it. Man, That Dog had his number. Bill was gentle, kind & generous with a tremendous curiosity for knowledge, and physics. He was a wonderful teacher. We will miss your empty space here on earth.
