Died peacefully surrounded by loved ones. She was 88 years old.

Beulah was born on the family farm in Plummer MN. to Rose and Albert Riendeau.

She was one of 14 children. She was a resident of N. St. Paul for 62 years.

Beulah married Gerald Baker in 1954, divorced in 1974. They were 17 years old when they started their family. They lived in Grand Rapids, MN. and various cities on the Iron Range. They moved to North St. Paul, MN in 1963 where they raised their 7 children. She loved gardening and was an avid canner. She worked as a waitress for 25 years at the Village Pizza in North St. Paul. Beulah proudly saved her tip money for a down payment on their first and only home in North St. Paul, where she lived for 50 years. She was an enthusiastic sports fan, loved politics; the topic of many conversations with her sisters.

In 2020 she left her home and gardens and moved into an apartment at Polar Ridge Senior Living with her partner Harry Bolster. They were together for 25 years. He died in the fall 2024.

She loved cooking and entertaining. Family was everything to her. She was a wonderful cook and you never left her home hungry.

She maintained strong relationships with her siblings and was loved by her many nieces, nephews and their children.
