Betty Louise Rorman-Kelley, 89, Park Rapids, MN passed away Friday, May 27, 2022 at Crystal Brooke Assisted Living in Park Rapids.

Betty was born February 13, 1933 to William and Enita (Kinnunen) Anderson in Menahga, MN. She graduated from Menahga High School.

On April 15, 1951 she married Jack Rorman. Together they had 4 children, Lee, Bette, Alison and Lori. During Jack’s military career the family lived in Texas, California, Colorado, Japan, Okinawa, Spain and North Dakota. They lived in Reynolds, ND after Jack retired and later moved to Menahga where they owned and operated a cabinetmaking shop and retail craft store.

Betty and Jack retired to Park Rapids, MN. In 2001, Jack passed away. Betty married Allen Kelley on June 21, 2003. They were blessed with a loving marriage and companionship. They enjoyed traveling and spending time with their large blended family. Allen passed away in 2016.

Betty was very creative, had a great smile, and a good sense of humor. She enjoyed decorating, quilting, and was very active in her community and church. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family.

Betty is survived by her children, Lee (Marlene) Rorman, Dr. Bette Bakke, Alison (Mitch) Ford, Lori (James) Kovash, Stephen Kelley, William Kelley, Noreen (Glen)Mann, Margaret Cruz, Leanne Wayne; 23 Grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; siblings, Gloria Jurva, Jean (Paul) Jacobson, James (Kathe) Anderson, Jack (Sue)Anderson; sister-in-law, Janis Anderson; and other relatives.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Enita Anderson; husbands, Jack Rorman, Allen Kelley; son, Thomas Kelley; brother, Jerry Anderson; and grandson, David Rorman.
