A Loving Mother, Grandmother and Friend of the Deaf Community

Betty passed away quietly in her sleep Tuesday 1/17/23. A Celebration of Life will be at St Paul Lyngblomsten Chapel Friday February 10, 2023 at 2:30 p.m.

Betty was born on June 30, 1935 to George and Evelyn Weeks, the oldest of four children. She attended the Wisconsin School for the Deaf where she made lifelong friendships. On October 14, 1961, she married the love of her life, Harry and raised three children, Barry, Bonita, and Lynda. She was an active member in the deaf community throughout her life and enjoyed casinos, crafts, and spending time with her family. She will be remembered fondly by her son Barry (LeAnna), daughter Bonita (Lonnie), grandsons Christopher and Baylor (Harmony), granddaughters Ashley (Coy), Amber, and Connor, great-grandchildren Jorden, Samuel, Analynda, and Citlali, brother Asa (Amanda), nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
