Bernard "Bernie" Ecker

Long time resident of North Minneapolis, born January 9, 1940 in ND passed away at home on September 19, 2025 surrounded by family.

Bernie was proceeded in death by wife Gloria, son Kevin Brehmer, parents, 11 siblings, and many other relatives and friends. He is survived by daughter and son in law Tiffany & Monty O'Keefe, Grandchildren: Joshua (Brittani) O'Keefe, Nicolette (Dylan) Kalor, Alexandrea (Benjamin) O'Keefe, Makinzie O'Keefe, Steven (Natalia) Anderson, Dillon (Ashley) Anderson. Great grandchildren: Sadie, Arielle, Gloria, Theabelle, Amelia, Asher, and Oliver. 2 sisters- Dora and Karen (Craig). 2 sister in laws Margaret (Peggy) and Loretta. Many nieces and nephews and other family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday October 11th, 2025 1-5pm at the American Legion 12674 Fremont Ave Zimmerman MN.
