Benedict John Collins, born on October 22, 1960, in Anoka, Minnesota, passed away on July 4, 2025, in his hometown of Anoka. He was 64 years old.

Ben’s life was deeply rooted in the community where he was born and raised. Known for his quiet strength and steady presence, he lived a life marked by simplicity, generosity, and a deep appreciation for the natural world around him.

He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Virgil and Rita Collins; his sister, Theresa Collins; his sons, Austin Collins, Eric Deglman, Jared Willson, and Devin Willson; his former spouse, Melanie Willson; and his granddaughter Claire Deglman. Each of them carries forward memories of Ben’s presence in their lives.

Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in the chapel.

Funeral will be held from 11:00-12:00 p.m.

Burial will be held directly after funeral at Calvary Cemetery.

Celebration of Life will be held at Austin's House starting at 4:00 p.m.
