Passed away in Ithaca, New York, on November 5, 2025. She was born in Syracuse on April 20, 1944, the daughter of Wendall and Gladys (nee Pettit) Fuller. Barbara is survived by her daughters Carrie Cutter and Tina (Buzzy) Harrington, Billie Jo (Curtis) Wilson. Her son Shane Cutter. She was also the grandmother of 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, a daughter Becky Ann in 1963, a sister, Gladys Jean. No services will be held.
