About Bails

Bailey was born on April 3rd of 2000 in Saint Cloud, Minnesota to Brian and Bobbi Moen. Bailey graduated from Rocori High School in 2018. Bailey will be remembered for her goofiness, her infectious smile, her big heart and her love for her dog Dixie. She loved to read, listen to music, watch YouTube videos, doing her makeup and spending time with her family especially with her niece Carter. Bailey’s number one goal in life was to go to cosmetology school. Her favorite place was up North spending the summer at her Auntie Laura’s and Uncle Brads with her cousins Ben, Madi and Jack. Bailey is survived by her mother Bobbi, her father Brian, her sisters Brooke and McKenzie, her niece Carter, her grandmas Linda and Joyce, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Bailey is preceded in death by her grandfather’s Bruce Wagner and Bruce Moen.
