Aries’s (AJ’s) Memory
Aries (AJ) was the beloved son of Arthur(Gale) and Joy, a proud father to three amazing boys, Dylan, Brenden and Ayden, and a loving stepfather to Mariaha. He was a devoted brother to Janelle and brother in law to Rob, Arianna, stepbrother Marc , a grandfather, the cherished grandson of Arturo and Leticia, a cousin to Anthony and Kristen, and a dear friend to many.
Aries passed away peacefully in the late afternoon of January 17, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with illness. He was surrounded by family in his final moments, including his two older son’s Dylan and Brenden, daughter in law Celeste, his sister Janelle, brother in law Rob, wife Amanda, mother in law, & stepdaughter Mariaha .
Aries is now reunited in heaven with those who went before him, including his cherished mother Joy, his loving grandparents Arturo and Leticia, his uncle Alex, and his precious granddaughter Angeline Marie.
Throughout his journey, Aries fought with unwavering strength and determination, never giving up hope for a full recovery. He longed to continue living the life he loved and to remain earthside with his children Dylan, Brenden, Ayden, and Mariaha. His deep love for his children and granddaughter was evident in the way he spoke about them and in how proud he was of each of them.
He took immense joy in his children’s accomplishments. His oldest son, who serves in the United States Navy, carries forward his father’s values of strength, honor, and dedication. His second oldest son, who idolized him, looked to Aries as his role model and inspiration. His youngest son treasured every moment with his dad, holding close the laughter, love, and memories they shared.
Aries was truly the life of any gathering. From a young age, his personality shined and his charisma was unmatched. He fit in effortlessly with everyone and was involved in just about everything. He participated in numerous extracurricular activities, including wrestling and agriculture, firefighting, and football to name a few . He achieved success in the refinery industry as a pipe fitter due to his exceptional technical skills and adeptness with machinery.
His presence brought warmth, laughter, and energy wherever he went. Anyone who had the privilege of knowing Aries could immediately see how deeply he loved his family, especially his children.
He had a passion for fishing, shooting, and cooking. His boys will forever cherish the special moments they shared with him, including meals at Joe’s Crab Shack, unforgettable fishing and shooting days and crabbing trips by the Golden Gate Bridge. These memories remain core moments that are lovingly shared and remembered.
Aries’ strength, love, and devotion will live on through his children and in the hearts of all who knew him. Though he was taken far too soon, his impact will never fade.
He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
Fly high and rest peacefully, dear Aries. Until we meet again.’
