Patrick Daniel Keefe, 56, of Shevlin, MN died Saturday, December 18, 2021 at the Sanford Fargo Medical Center Broadway Campus in Fargo, ND.
He was born on March 17, 1965, in St. Paul, MN, the son of Daniel and Angela (Gosling) Keefe. He was raised and educated in St. Paul, attending the Holy Childhood Elementary School and the St. Agnes Catholic High School, graduating in 1983. He was a mail carrier for the US Postal Service for 11 years in St. Paul, MN.
In 2000, he moved to Cromwell, CT, and attended the Holy Apostles Seminary. While back home on break he met Corina “Cori” Kelley. He earned his Bacherlor’s degree in 2002, and married Cori on October 26, 2002, at the Maternity of Mary Catholic Church in St. Paul, MN. She joined him in Cromwell as he returned to school, where he earned his Master’s degree in Dogmatic Theology, he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
They returned to St. Paul, MN in 2008, and moved to Shevlin, MN in 2013. He was busy remodeling their home, chopping and heating with wood, and building a wood working shop in the garage. He loved spending time in their hobby room, where he worked on finescale model building.
He taught Continuing Christian Education on Wednesday nights at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Bagley, MN. He lived and taught his faith to everyone he came into contact with.
He is survived by his: Wife, Corina “Cori” Keefe of Shevlin, MN, Yellow Lab, Maggie Mae of Shevlin, MN, Siblings, MaryKay (Rick) Elm of Falcon Heights, MN, Geraldine Shea of Maplewood, MN, Joan (Glen) Smith of Oakdale, MN, Diane (Monte) Smith of Cheyenne Wells, CO, Brother-in-law, John Turi in Falcon Heights, MN, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Linda Turi, brother-in-law Danny Shea, uncle Father Gerald Keefe, his grandparents, numerous aunts, and uncles.

Visitation will be held from 5-7:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at the St. Philip’s Catholic Church in Bemidji, and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the church. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 30, 2021, at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Bagley, MN.
