Kenneth “Ken” M. Evenwoll, 77, of Solway, Minnesota died on Sunday, August 28, 2022 at Sanford Fargo Medical Center.

Ken was born in Bagley, Minnesota on May 4, 1945 to Herb and Florence (Vic) Evenwoll.

He graduated from Bagley High School and went on to attend school in Michigan. Ken started working with sheet metal, heating, air conditioning and filtration. In 1980 Kenny, along with his brother, Charles, opened EvenAire Systems, Inc. Kenny later sold his shares to Charlie in 1987.

Ken also enjoyed farming, raising cattle and pigs for several years. He loved his little dogs and especially his dog, “Baby”.

Kenny loved to go boating, camping, deer hunting, snowmobiling and especially enjoyed socializing with his friends. He was very smart and mechanically creative. Ken will be remembered for his kind heart, generous spirit, and sense of humor.

He is survived by his children Kevin (Carmella) Evenwoll and Cindi (Steve) Ballard; his grandchildren, Sarina Trego, Joe (Allie) Trego, Tamara (Cyrus) Kliner, Alexis (Trevor) Rogstad, Aliyah, Skylar, and Carter Ballard; his great grandchildren, Lorraina Trego and Kinsley Rogstad; his siblings, David (Pat) Evenwoll and Janice Marsh; his sister-in-law, Pearl Evenwoll; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herb and Florence Evenwoll; his brother, Charles Evenwoll; his brother-in-law, Bruce Marsh; his nephew, Dusty Marsh; and his life partner, Char Wynkoop.
