Diane Mary Pfeifer, 61, Barnesville, MN passed away Friday, February 18, 2022 at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND.

Diane was born April 11, 1961 in Moorhead, MN to Elvin and Violet (Snook) Danielson. She grew up in Barnesville. On August 30, 1986 she married John Pfeifer in Two Inlets. Diane worked as a cook and served as a union steward at Heritage Living Center for many years.

Diane was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and known for her big heart. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, and helping on the farm. She loved kids and loved spending time with family. She loved farm life and everything pigs. Purple was her favorite color.

Diane is survived by her husband, John Pfeifer of Park Rapids; sons, Erik (Mandy) Pfeifer, Joe Pfeifer, Brian (Delilah) Pfeifer, Shane Pfeifer, all of Park Rapids; siblings, Duane Danielson, Linda Berg, Kathleen Berg, Betty Sorenson, Anna Fischer, Sandra Bolgrean; 6 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Elvin and Violet Danielson; siblings, Donald Danielson, Daniel Danielson, David Danielson, Keith Danielson; son, Nicholus Pfeifer; and niece, Tammy Pfeifer.
